I've sat on every side of the hiring table: candidate, interviewer, hiring lead, and the person redesigning the whole process. Throughout my career I've personally trained over 200 engineers to interview and test better and over a dozen teams serving hundreds more in how to capture the best talent. In that time I've learned that careers aren't won by keyword-stuffed resumes nor do companies find the best talent looking in the same pool as everyone else. Clarity, understanding, and a targeted approach bring the best out of both sides of the equation.
I'm passionate about hiring as I've been through the ringer and understand the problems candidates face and barriers preventing companies from landing the right fit and I truly want to do something about it.
